Residential Instructor
Direct Support Professional in Adult and Behavioral residential programs. Implement Individual plans of care in community experiences, safety skills, personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
Nursing
Professional Medical representatives for assigned clients in Adult and Behavioral services programs. Monitor and follow through on all medical needs ; MDE and physician recommendations. May include direct care of individuals.
Day Program Instructor
Direct Support Professional in Adult and Behavioral day programs. Create and monitor a learning environment to assist clients with social , emotional and physical situations in daily living.
Therapy / Case Management
Positions in Social Work related to DCF case management, Community Companion Homes, Functional Family Therapy and Foster Care. Professional and administrative roles.

Interested applicants can apply on our job portal found here. Once you apply to a job a recruiter will reach out to you for a phone screening (within 48 hours). After your phone screening, you may have additional interviews. Following the interviews, the program will review your application. If accepted, an offer will be sent to you.

During this process, you’ll go through a multi-level screening, which includes a health physical which includes PPD screening and criminal/driving background check (some roles require an NCIC fingerprinting background check). This process typically takes 10 days.

Training varies based on the role that you are applying for. However, all positions within our organization require 5 days of in-person training which takes place at our main office in Newington, CT.
